The executive board of Dutch Blower B.V. made it their mission to provide their customers with top-quality products and services in the field of design, construction and delivery of high-end Air Handling Units which are compliant with the specific demands of the customers. By the delivery of these high-end products and services, Dutch Blower B.V. aims set a stable foundation to achieve a deliberate and controlled growth and security.
In the 2023 policy plan the mission and vision are further elaborated.
The main goal of the organization is to follow the conditions, as these are stipulated by the ISO 9001:2015 standards, of which the main goal is to guarantee the quality of our services and the continuous improvement of our business processes. As a result of this continious improvement, the decision was made to also follow the conditions that are stipulated by the product standard EN 1090-2:2018 for the construction of steel structures up to and including EXC 2, which was achieved in October 2022.
More specifically, the policy is aimed towards:
Increasing the customer satisfaction.
Monitoring internal quality and the continuous improvement of processes.
The targets and corresponding actions, or measures are drafted annually and included into the quality policy. The policy and the goals are evaluated periodically and reported in the management review.
